Return Policy:
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your product. After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packed when returned.
Shipping Costs:
For returns within the EU: For returning the product, we will send you a shipping label. You will need to pay a fee when dropping off the package. Returning the product is free if you are returning it because we sent you a defective or incorrect product.
For returns outside the EU: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please return the product to: EME Napoleon, De Corridor 12-M, 3621 ZB Breukelen, The Netherlands.
Once we have received the product, you will receive a confirmation. Have you opted for an exchange or another product? We will send it to you as soon as possible after receiving your product.
When will the purchase amount be refunded?
Did you return the product because you do not longer want the product and you want to cancel the purchase? We will refund the purchase amount to your bank account as soon as possible (within the EU: including previously paid shipping costs; outside the EU: excluding previously paid shipping costs). So you will certainly receive your money back within the period of 14 days!
